Why did you choose GCU?
I chose GCU as this University has been rated top for international student satisfaction in Scotland for four years in a row. According to Guardian University Guide, GCU is among the UK's best universities. GCU provides career-oriented courses which are taught by very competent, highly qualified and experienced staff.
How would you describe your experience at GCU?
I had an amazing experience while studying for my MPH under the supervision of a knowledgeable and expert team at the School of Health and Life Sciences. Therefore, I decided to go for another degree and it is all due to the learning environment of GCU that I developed my interest in research work.
What are your fondest memories of GCU?
It is hard to choose one memory but my fondest memory is my first day at GCU when I feel so good to be part of this award-winning University. I fell in love with the GCU campus life very soon and meeting my best friend at GCU is also an unforgettable memory.
How would you describe the quality of the teaching and support you received from GCU?
GCU provides high-quality teaching and student support and I appreciate the efforts of all the members of GCU during this pandemic. I receive immediate helping responses whenever I was in need of support and help.
Can you tell us how you coped with the transition to online learning during the pandemic?
Obviously, there is a difference between face to face learning and online learning but GCU staff are doing an excellent job that it is not affecting my study. All the teachers, module leaders and other staff are always there when we need help.
