Tell us in more detail what your role entails.

Unfortunately I am furloughed from work while applying for a master's at GCU in Forensic Psychology. However I have taken the opportunity to help make scrubs for our healthcare workers in Scotland.

My mum makes curtains and upholstery and so we volunteered to help Elizabeth Wallace Bridal Alterations and Accessories make scrubs for our NHS workers in Scotland. This was possible through a charity called For The Love of Scrubs.

The call for PPE is so high and the availability of it is life and death for those risking their lives to care for and treat those who are in need.

While we know what we are doing is miniscule compared to those key workers and healthcare workers out there, we want them to know how grateful we are for their dedication.
