Academic Mentoring Programme

Mentoring, as a form of academic leadership, makes use of supportive learning conversations to support our new and/or less experienced colleagues to think and reflect, sound out ideas, navigate issues, and find their own best way forward. Mentoring is one way of engaging with peer-support for learning and teaching, and the skills will also benefit you in other areas of your work too. We are currently recruiting mentors.

For GCU staff interested in becoming a mentor, please contact Dr Tom Cunningham (Tom. Cunningham@gcu.ac.uk)
