Academic Mentoring Programme

Mentoring, as a form of academic leadership, makes use of supportive learning conversations to support our new and/or less experienced colleagues to think and reflect, sound out ideas, navigate issues, and find their own best way forward. Mentoring is one way of engaging with peer-support for learning and teaching, and the skills will also benefit you in other areas of your work too. We are currently recruiting mentors.

The next workshops for new mentors are in April and June 2020, book your place here (look for the blue Mentor Training options)
