Starting university life is a big transition for all new students, whether they are coming from school, college or from the workplace. It can take time to settle into university life and develop the skills and confidence to be an independent, lifelong learner.

Peer Assisted Study Support (PASS) is designed to aid this transition and allow students, with the support of a more experienced Student Leader, to:

  • Settle into university life
  • Review their academic course content
  • Develop the essential skills needed to study at university
  • Better prepare for assessments and exams
