Student support services

University study can be one of the most exciting times of your life - and also the most daunting. But don't worry. At the Campus Life desk, you will find all of the support services you need, in one central place.

Campus life desk

The campus life desk can be found in the university's George Moore Building, on level 1. It is the place to go for information and advice on:

  • Student registration
  • IT help
  • Visa and immigration support
  • Financial advice and payment help
  • Careers and employability
  • Private Skype facilities

Visa Immigration Support and Advice (VISA) team

The Visa Immigration Support and Advice (VISA) team are dedicated to supporting international students and their families. Advice from the VISA team is free and confidential. All visa and immigration advice should only be given by members of the VISA team.

We are committed to promoting and enhancing the overall student experience for all students at Glasgow Caledonian University and our visa processing, visa advice and immigration advice gives our international students the best possible start.
