Nicola initiated and researches the first Single Session Therapy service for students in the UK. After graduating she worked in publishing before practising as a therapist for 16 years in the NHS and teaching in tertiary education. She has experience in public mental health multi-disciplinary work, brief therapy, critical incident debriefing, addiction and long-term therapeutic work. She is a trained Trainer for Living Life to the Full . Nicola has a special interest in spirituality and mental health and in 2009 graduated (as a mature student!) with a Masters in Theology.

Nicoletta is a person-centred counsellor and specialises in Emotion Focused Therapy. She has experience of working in education, the voluntary sector, occupational health and private practice. Nicoletta's practice is informed by Gestalt psychotherapy, women's studies and postmodernism. She has a keen interest in cross-cultural issues in therapy and her current research is in Relational Depth in the therapeutic encounter.

Claire is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with experience of delivering brief solution focused therapy to individuals experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. She has previous experience of working with both voluntary and statutory organisations and her research interests include examining the effectiveness of Group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders.
