Placement and fieldwork costs

Some programmes include unpaid placements which may take place over the summer. Try to get as much information as possible from your teaching division or School about when and where the placements will be, and whether you will have to pay any extra costs, such as housing or travelling expenses. This way you can plan ahead.

If your placement timetable means that you can't work part-time, you can also find out about other sources of funding.
