Tuition Fees

The student finance team at GCU are here to give you information and support and advice on your tuition fees. If you are experiencing difficulty, please find ways below in which you can reach the finance team.

Appointments

Any student experiencing financial difficulties affecting their ability to pay university fees should, as soon as possible, contact Finance on +44 141 331 8195 to make an appointment with the Credit Control team.

Drop-in session

We offer drop in sessions where students can discuss their account with a member of the team.

The drop in sessions are available at the Campus Life lounge on:

    • Tuesdays 10am-12noon
    • Thursdays 1:30pm-3:30pm

Funding

The student funding team at GCU are here to give you information and support on the funding that you are entitled to. Our drop-in and appointment based services offer practical advice and guidance on scholarships and funding options that may be available to students at Glasgow Caledonian University. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, come and talk to us.

Drop In Service

Unfortunatley due to the current circumstances we are not offering a Drop in Service on campus. This service will run again when safe to do so.

Book an appointment via our online appointment booking system to speak to one of our advisors regarding either funding or scholarships. Please note that currently appointments will be by telephone or video using Microsoft teams. Please ensure when you book an appointment that you give your @caledonian email address.
