What happens next?

What will happen to my form?

A School Special Factors Board will normally make a decision whether or not to accept your CSFF.

What happens if my CSFF is accepted?

If your CSFF is accepted, the Assessment Board for your programme can take the circumstances into consideration when making their decision regarding your progression or award (this will usually happen in June or September).

There are a number of possible outcomes allowed within the University Regulations. If your special factors are accepted, a failed attempt may be declared void and considered as a 1st (or 2nd, 3rd or 4th) attempt, as appropriate. For more detail on possible outcomes, see Appendix Six of the University Assessment Regulations.
