Financial help - Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA)

Students with disabilities may have extra course-related costs to study or attend University.  You may be eligible to apply for financial assistance in covering the costs for essential equipment or non-medical help.  DSA is not income-assessed (it does not depend on your or your family’s financial circumstances).

The Disability Service can assist you with your application for DSA.  Please contact us for further information.  You can download a DSA application form from the Students Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS) or contact your local education authority (LEA).
