The self-service password reset feature inside My Caledonian

My Caledonian has a self-service password reset feature which allows you to reset your own domain and Athens passwords. To use this feature, you must be able to login to My Caledonian. If you cannot login to My Caledonian, click here for advice.

To use this feature:

  1. Log in to My Caledonian
  2. Click on the 'Password Reset' tab
    Password Reset Tab
  3. Select the password(s) you want to reset and click 'Submit'
    Select System
  4. After you click 'Submit', follow the instructions to reveal your new password.
  • Athens passwords can take up to 1 working day to reset. Take note of this password and wait 1 working day before attempting to login to Athens
  • Domain passwords are reset within 1 minute. The displayed password can be used immediately.
