Passwords

Students have three separate passwords to access the University systems:

System Password	System Username	Used to login to:	Password can be reset to:
Domain	University Username	University PCs Student email Blackboard Registration Information Services Centre (ISC) Secure print/copy devices The password used for these systems is known as your 'domain' password throughout these pages	A randomly generated password either issued by Information Services staff, or via the self-service password reset systems.
My Caledonian	University Username	My Caledonian	Your default My Caledonian password
Athens	University Username prefixed by GLP (eg: GLPASMITH01)	Athens	Your default Athens password

Many password enquiries can be broken down into two categories:

You know your current password and want to change it to something else
Select the system you wish to change from the green 'How to' section below and follow the instructions listed.
You do not know your current password
Select the system you are having problems with from the red 'Problem' section below and follow the instructions listed.
