Confirmation of student status

Some forms need a stamp and signature from the University to confirm your status as a student, for example a Student Railcard application. Just bring the form along to the Academic Registry and we will do this for you. You must bring your matriculation card too.

If you need a letter to prove you are a student at Glasgow Caledonian, we can do this for you. This could be to open a bank account if you are an international student, for a BUNAC/Camp America visa application, for your Educational Trust if you receive a scholarship, and so on. You must bring your matriculation card with you. At busy times, we may ask you to call back later to collect the letter.
