Glasgow Caledonian University has been offering physiotherapy courses in Scotland since 1993, and we were the first in the UK to offer an accelerated pre-registration MSc programme. Our graduates are highly sought after, with 100% of our pre-registration MSc graduates who sought employment in physiotherapy finding jobs.
Every member of our teaching staff, some of whom are involved in world-leading research, is a chartered physiotherapist who will challenge you to actively participate in your learning. As a student physiotherapist, you will cover a wide range of medical subjects and combine this academic learning with clinical placements. Through these you will learn to assist the patient’s recovery process by developing and restoring the functions of the body as fully as possible.
Our aim is to make sure you enjoy your studies, gain practical experience through our clinical work placements and progress to a fulfilling career in physiotherapy or other field.
