International Visits
In recent years staff have made visits to various countries such as India, Pakistan, China, Nigeria and Ghana, to work with our local agents to increase awareness of Glasgow Caledonian University and to offer potential applicants the opportunity to ask questions directly to us
The visits have consisted of: attending exhibitions, meeting with agents, offering spot admissions sessions, visiting institutions to talk to the staff and students about opportunities to study at Glasgow Caledonian University and for staff to collaborate on research proposals.
In addition to providing applicants with information the visits help the staff to understand the issues certain countries are facing economically and socially which can then inform the teaching on the programmes.
Liaison with our past graduates in their home countries is also important as we are interested to know how you progress in your career and whether or not we can assist you more – or even you assist the current students!
