International Links
The division is actively engaged in educational exchange activities in a wide range of European countries including: France, Russia, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and Germany.
Some of our current activities:
- TEMPUS-TACIS Joint European Project Computing Curricula for Ukrainian Universities (CC4U2) (France, Russia)
- TEMPUS-TACIS Joint European Project Modernisation of Education in ICT at South Russian Universities (Italy, Spain)
- TEMPUS-TACIS Joint European Project Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in Agrarian Universities in Ukraine (Sweden, Ukraine)
- TEMPUS-TACIS Joint European Project Tambov – organization of university and distance learning
- European Commission Structural Project to implement Bologna process in Moldova (Italy, Spain)
Other project work includes:
- Working with Tomsk Polytechnic University in Russia on Project Based Learning for learning languages and teaching Physics: exchange teaching on digital signal processing.
- Collaboration on e-learning environments with Tambov State Technical University, Russia.
- Exchange teaching with Berlin, Paris and Nice
- Previous Tempus projects with Moldova and Bulgaria.
Students abroad
We like to encourage students to take a broader vision of the world and are involved in Erasmus exchanges with Design Schools in Germany, Finland and Czech republic. We also take students to international events eg
- Milan Design Week, Italy (Undergraduate Product Design)
- Prague (Postgraduate Digital Media Design)
