DipHE by Learning Contract - Theme: Trade Unionism@Work
Programme starts: October
At Glasgow Caledonian we are developing a work based learning programme for trade union activists. It works through linking your academic studies to the challenges of union activity in the workplace. With the majority of this programme delivered via Work Based Learning – you must be employed and a member of a union to register.
Programme structure
The six modules, which we think trade unionists would find most useful are:
- Personal and Professional Development through Work Based Learning
- Contemporary issues: political and economic
- Equalities
- Lifelong Learning in Scotland
- Employment Law
- Work Based Integrated Project
