We offer opportunities for programmes to be designed at organisational level. This can include in-house staff development. We have developed a mechanism for linking work to a learning programme – the Learning Contract. We'll work with your organisation to develop a bespoke programme of study which relates directly the goals and needs of your workplace.
We can also tailor programmes for small groups of learners who share a desire to undertake common learning outcomes. For example, when a small number of staff from two different companies needed to focus on Learning and Development we developed a Learning Contract focusing on the policies, practices, and principles of Lifelong Learning including the Learning Organisation and Knowledge Management. As well as the benefit of learning through work based projects, learners will be working with others who share similar working contexts.
