Photograph
You can:
- email a digital photograph to registration@gcu.ac.uk
- come into The Academic Registry to have your photograph taken. There is no charge and you can usually do this up to the end of the week before you start.
What kind of photograph should I email you?
- Full colour
- Full face only
- Plain background
- Size: 160pixel (high) x 120pixel (wide)
- JPG file saved as your Student ID number.jpg (your Student ID is in the top left corner of your joining instruction)
Important
- Do not wear sunglasses.
- Do not wear headwear unless for religious reasons.
Once you email your photograph, it may take up to seven days for us to process it.
If you can't email or come in, you can send a passport-sized (45mm x 35mm) printed photograph to The Academic Registry, although it may take longer for us to process it. Print your name, date of birth and student ID (top left corner of your joining instruction letter) on the back of the photograph.
