Ways Forward Self-Help Programme

The WaysForward programme is an online self-help tool which is completely confidential and available free of charge to all GCU students.

The computer programme is based on Solution Focused Brief Therapy - a type of therapy where you are asked to focus on one problem at a time.

Many students who aren't ready to share their problems with others like to use WaysForward because it is completely confidential, other students may like to complete WaysForward before their first appointment so they are clear in their own mind about the issues that are most pressing.

WaysForward will however prompt you to think about, and begin to resolve, your difficulties. The questions aim to help you to think more clearly about your situation and what you can do to move on.
