Special Factor Forms
The Positive Living Team – Policy on provision of evidence for Caledonian Special Factor Forms (CSFF).
Under certain circumstances your counsellor/therapist may be able to provide evidence in support of a Caledonian Special Factors Form. Typically your counsellor/therapist will agree to do this if they have been working with you over a period of time and feel able to confirm that your personal circumstances may have had a significant impact on your academic performance. Evidence in support of CSFF will only be provided at your request and with explicit consent.
