We're the Raging Grannies, and we are hopping mad!
Our president came to office by just a hanging chad.
With our Constitution he plays loose and free.
The Grannies say what Georgie said:
Don't misunderestimate me!
Don't misunderestimate me, my boy!
You're a liar and a hack!
We're gonna elect somebody new
And take our country back!
Georgie thinks he has the right to rule the whole wide world>
He send our kids into Iraq with stars and stripes unfurled.
We've lost more than a thousand! We think that really sucks!
The Grannies say what Georgie said:
Don't misunderestimate us!
Don't misunderestimate us, my boy!
We're going to end your reign!
It's time we changed our own regime
For someone with a brain!
Georgie thinks he has the right to trash the Bill of Rights.
But we're not fooled by his PATRIOT Act - in fact we think it bites!
So we are growing bolder, as you can plainly see.
It's time we all stand up and shout:
Don't misunderestimate me!
Don't misunderestimate me, my boy!
Bring our troops home from Iraq!
We're gonna elect somebody new
And take our country back!
