Routes for All

Routes for All is GCU’s contribution to the Schools for Higher Education Programme (SHEP). SHEP is a national programme and there are four regional hubs in Scotland with each hub having responsibility for collaborative delivery in their local area.

The Routes for All programme has been developed to inform and guide school pupils in S5 and S6 as they prepare for study at college.

Throughout a series of regular visits to school, Routes For All staff focus on topics including study skills, action plans, researching future options, presentation skills, personal statements and exam preparation. Student mentors facilitate the sessions and they give pupils first hand information, advice and guidance.
