Preparation for Retirement
Description
This course is for members of staff who are considering retirement within the next two years. The topics covered by this course are as follows:
- state benefits
- financial planning
- opportunities in adult education
- health for later life
- volunteering
Outcomes
By the end of this session participants will have a greater understanding and knowledge of the benefits around preparing for retirement.
Delivery
This course is delivered by various facilitators under the auspices of the Scottish Pre-Retirement Council.
