Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinators
Every School and Department has its own L&D Coordinator,
who acts as a liaison between local PDS reviewers and OD to ensure local learning and development plans are managed.
L&D Coordinators communicate identified learning and development needs to OD at key times during the academic year for course/activity/programme planning purposes. L&D Coordinators also act as a key contact locally for staff in their area on Learning & Development events.
L&D Coordinators attend 2 forum meetings per year to maintain knowledge of the role and responsibilities, and to keep abreast of current initiatives.
