Core Staff Induction
Description
The Core Staff Induction is designed as an introduction for all new members of staff to Glasgow Caledonian University. It is therefore intended to be quite separate from any local induction arrangements for new staff which are carried out by schools, departments and teams including an orientation in to a new job, area of working and a new team.
Delegates will:
- meet other new people from a wide range of schools, teams and departments
- gain an insight into the University’s history, current structure, goals and achievements
- find out how to contribute to the future success of the University
- have the opportunity to complete the online GCU leadership behaviours and values framework questionnaire.
Delivery
Organisational Development team members supported by presenters from a range of university departments.

9:15am - 1pm
