The Referral Process

If you are going abroad with your work at the University and need travel vaccinations and/or general advice, the Line manager should complete section C on the attached Referral Form confirming details of your travel, travel dates and what advice you would like to receive. The form should then be emailed to occhealthmgtref@gcu.ac.uk for an HR Advisor to progress the referral. On receipt of the Referral Form, the OH Adviser will contact you to arrange an appointment with you. The OH appointment normally lasts up to 45 minutes.

Please submit the Referral at least one month before the expected date of travel to allow sufficient time for this appointment to take place and to complete any course of vaccinations if required.
