Drop-in sessions

We'll answer quick questions and show you which resources to use. If the 10-minute session isn’t long enough, we can arrange another appointment.
If you can’t come at the times below, please get in touch directly with your subject librarians for help with finding information and using RefWorks.

• Evening drop-ins are held at the service point on the right hand side of the Base on level 0 after 5pm during trimester.

• General drop-ins. These will run from Monday - Friday from 11-12am and  2-3pm in Room 5, Carnegie Suite, level 1 during trimester.

SMILE helps you to understand the principles of academic study and writing. You will be able to find information, evaluate it and communicate your findings effectively. Use SMILE to become an independent learner - confident in your ability and able to transfer your skills to the work place. 

SMILE is available on the library community in GCULearn.
