We work in subject teams. You can:
- contact your team directly by calling 0141 331 3333 or using the email addresses below or come to a drop-in session or
- go to The Base. We may be able to see you straight away - ask The Base staff to phone us. If we're busy, they can make an appointment for you. We'll meet you in Room 5 in the Carnegie Suite. Come through the double doors to the study area on level 1 of the Saltire Centre and you'll see the entrance at the far right.

Here's what your subject librarians can do:
- meet you to discuss your research needs
- give ongoing help and advice
- offer one to one induction sessions for new staff members
- help you find information
- show you which databases to use and how to use them
- show you how to use electronic journals and books
- tell you about library services
- run training sessions for your students, at introductory or more advanced levels
- help to meet your School’s information needs
- act as liaison between the Library and the School
