We are committed to providing a high standard for all our users, and are always glad to have your views and suggestions for improvement. Here are some of our services:

To help you get the information you need:

• you can borrow or photocopy items from our stock.
• we buy reading list material and try to make sure you can get it easily.
  If we don’t have what you want, you can:
  • check if it is in another library where you may be able to consult it using the SCONUL Access scheme
  • ask for an interlibrary-loan, or
  • suggest that we order it .
• you can use our enquiries service at The Base. For more detailed help with finding information contact your librarian, who can advise on databases, electronic journals and other resources.
• we offer arrangements for library users with disabilities including technology for visually-impaired library users.
• we have advice on copyright and a summary of our electronic resource licenses
• we also have specific information on your subject
