Managing your library account

You can manage your library account online or by telephone if you know your library PIN. Your PIN is on My Caledonian under My library details, as is your library number.
It isn’t possible to pay library fines online, but you can make payments by telephone during Base Opening Hours. Select what you want to do from the drop-down menu below. The links may take you to toher pages, return here by using the back button on your browser.

Staffed services

The telephone number for the Base is 0141 273 1000. Check the Opening Hours first if you need to speak to a member of staff. If you are unable to get through, please keep trying. The Base can be very busy and the phones can’t always be answered straight away.

Paying fines

You can pay your library fines by telephone during Base opening hours. Phone the Base and select the option to speak to a member of staff. The minimum card payment is £10, or the full amount if your fines are less than £10.
You can also renew your books, check your library account details or ask for information about library services.
