Job Family: Professional & Administrative Support Applicants currently on a GCU contract of employment will be given priority GCU London is looking to appoint a Campus Technician to work as part of a team providing IT/AV services to ensure the effective operation of all IT/AV and communications systems and equipment at the GCU London campus. GCU London is an outreach branch of Glasgow Caledonian University, which brings together leading academic staff to deliver a range of courses. This role will be a first point of contact for enquiries relating to GCU London IT/AV equipment, systems and services , therefore applicants must have good technical knowledge of IT/AV and how it is used in a business and education environment. The role holder will require excellent communication skills to be able to explain information and procedures in non-technical terms to a range of users with varying proficiency levels. The ability to analyse and interpret information before acting on it and the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload are expected
