Netlab
We also provide students with an enhanced rich e learning experience through our Netlab implementation. Netlab provides a remote learning environment providing information technology training allowing students on CCNA, CCNP, Voice and CCNA Security to access learning material and practice lab exercises from work or home. We have recently extended this system to include support for VMWare and Voice over IP.
All learning material is available through Interactive, Web-based content with diverse multimedia elements and links to background information.
Assessments
Continuous formative and summative assessments are integrated into the IT Essentials, CCNA, CCNA Security and CCNP curriculum and supported by an advanced online delivery system. Immediate, rich feedback supports instructor and student evaluation of acquired knowledge and skills.
Approximately 70 percent of class time is spent on practical lab exercises, using networking equipment to gain the practical knowledge needed in the industry. This is an opportunity for students to acquire the necessary competencies relevant in today’s advanced networking environments.
A final online exam as well as a final skills-based assessment is conducted under strict examination conditions on all course-relevant topics.
