The University ICT Academy is an accredited Cisco Regional Academy in Glasgow. We deliver Cisco training to students and Instructors, as well as supporting a number of local Cisco Networking Academies within Scotland.
The Cisco Network Academy Programme was established by Cisco Systems to encourage the development of advanced and practical networking skills in a range of courses in students studying in schools, colleges, universities and individuals seeking professional development.
The Academy, which is endorsed through the Academy Quality Assurance Programme, delivers first-class training in CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP and Voice over IP (CVoice 8.0 alignment) to our clients in the business and public sector.
At the Academy these wide range of professional Cisco qualifications can be flexibly delivered to suit both individual and corporate training. This includes evening classes, part time delivery integrated as part of an MSc programme or via Blended Distance Learning (BDL) – a combination of in house and remote instruction that utilises a unique Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
The courses are led by highly skilled and certified instructors who are able to deliver training on a wide range of Cisco qualifications. We provide high specification labs environments to meet the needs of each course and access to 24*7 online curriculum and real network equipment pods through our Virtual Learning Environment.
