This section contains a list of Policies, Procedures
and Guidance Documents for employees and managers. At GCU we aim to support both employees and Managers to operate a consistent, transparent and fair approach
when handling employment matters for all
members of staff within the University, irrespective of Division,
function, activity or grade.
Our policies and procedures reflect best practice and have been
developed and agreed through the formal consultative process and
by University Court.
Our policies and processes are regularly reviewed in line with employment legislation and the HR Department welcome any feedback from
members of staff who feel improvements can be made to existing employment
practices.
In accordance with our committment to PAR we will also provide support and training to those who will be carrying out a Review with their team.
