HR Operations team

The HR Operations team provide proactive advice to both Line Mangers and employees. The key to the success of this service is confidentiality, impartiality, consistency and an early involvement in the employment processes or people related issues within the University.

The HR Advisers, HR Coordinator & Assistants are HR generalists and have a variety of personal skills and are equipped to deal with the day to day operational employment issues associated with our continued growth and development as a University.
