Nichola McLarnon is a Lecturer in Podiatry.  Her research background encompasses unique exploration of the issues surrounding occupational and environmental health and safety in relation to the practice of podiatry (e.g. ergonomics and musculoskeletal), resulting in national guidelines for certain areas of podiatric practice.  She has also provided consultancy to a number of external agencies working in this field.

Current research interests include exploration of (a) further issues surrounding occupational and environmental health and safety in relation to podiatric practice (b) quality of life issues in relation to podiatric care.
