The spin out is currently capitalising and aims to begin trading at the beginning of 2001. The founding Directors are well known for their work on the relationship between the structure and properties of carbohydrates and this has facilitated investment. One product is currently being developed as a delivery system for in born errors of metabolism. UK patents are granted and international patents are pending.
