Visiting Scholars
Prof Elizabeth Kolsky:The British Academy has awarded a Visiting Fellowship to the CSHHH to host Elizabeth Kolsky in the summer of 2007. She is an assistant professor of South Asian History at Villanova University. Her publications include Colonial Justice: Law and Difference in British India (forthcoming 2008) and 'Codification and the Rule of Colonial Difference: Criminal Procedure in British India' in Law and History Review 23, 3 (September 2005). Her work in the UK will contribute to the activities of the CSHHH colonial history group. More
