Our group is concerned with the creation and innovative application of strategic and operational management techniques in commercial, public and not-for-profit settings. This thinking drives our aim to provide students and organisations with an edge in today's competitive environment.

We draw on our national and international research, and our consultancy for commercial, public and not-for-profit organisations, such as Scottish & Southern Electric, NHS and Scottish Chambers of Commerce to educate and inform our customers with contemporary theory and practice. Our successes have led to accreditation from organisations such as Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

We recognise that your success is not only about our delivery, but also the support we can offer. For students this involves award-winning University student support (National Student Survey 2010 and 2011), including our highly praised induction and transition programmes, whilst for our consultancy clients we offer bespoke solutions to your problems.
