easyPay

Background

easyPay is an on-line payment facility for students. It allows students to make payments towards non-invoiced tuition fees, outstanding invoices, graduation, replacement matriculation cards and print credits.

Types of Payments

A student may make a one-off payment up to the value of the invoice or fee outstanding or, if the balance is greater than £200 set up a FuturePay agreement to pay the invoice in installments.

Payments must be greater than £5 but must not leave a remaining balance outstanding of less than £5.

Replacement Matriculation Cards (£10) and Graduation Fees (£40) must be paid in full.

easyPay payments cannot be made against an invoice on which a FuturePay payment plan exists.
