Going Carbon Neutral Stirling

CEC has specific expertise in developing software tools that allow our clients to understand the impact of actions that lead to the reduction of carbon emissions.  CEC was commissioned by Going Carbon Neutral Stirling to develop a “Carbon Cutter Tool” and calculate the carbon emissions associated with low carbon advice.  The project which delivered a software tool for this ground breaking community project promoting behaviour change and reducing carbon emissions in communities has allowed GCNS to monitor the extent of carbon saved by the wide range of community groups participating on the project.  The CEC team calculated the carbon reduction from over 200 actions that the GCNS team promote to their participants and this is established as a broader resource for the Climate Challenge Fund.
