Case Studies

Carbon Management Plans (CMP) are developed for organisations to enable the managed reduction of carbon emissions.  Typically a CMP establishes the organisations carbon footprint baseline, business as usual projections, financial implications, carbon reduction projects, governance and programme management.  CEC has worked closely with the Carbon Trust on the Public Sector Carbon Management Programme and have worked with local authorities, universities and the Scottish Prison Service in delivering their Carbon Management Plans.
