Professor Mike Mannion is Pro Vice Chancellor International and the GCU grant-holder for the project.

Dr Douglas Forbes is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology and was heavily involved in setting the project up, and continues to play a central role in guiding the overall direction and implementation of the project at GCU.  He also represents GCU on the Project Steering Group.

Ms Rachel Mulholland is a Lecturer in Psychology and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She provides key support to the research strands and leads the Level 2 Work and Psychology module.

Dr Robert Ingram is a Research Fellow within the Centre for Research in Lifelong Learning (CRLL) at GCU and has recently commenced work on the AUL@W Project’s Longitudinal Study, which is examining the university to work transitions of graduates from the partner institutions. Robert has an interest in the area of work-related learning. Among his activities within CRLL, he is part of a research team which is examining how work-based learning and work-related learning are being incorporated into Higher National programmes in Scotland and Foundation Degrees in England.

Ms Joanne Brodie is a Research Assistant within the Centre for Research in Lifelong Learning (CRLL) at GCU and has recently commenced work on the AUL@W Project's Longitudinal Study, which is examining the university to work transitions of graduates from the partner institutions. Joanne is also a part of the research team on the Student Experience Project and has an interest in the student experience and progression and retention within the University.

Mr Mike Wrennall is an Occupational Psychologist and works on the project on a part-time basis. He is responsible for the further enhancement of employability within the Bsc Hons Psychology Programme. This may include the development of new modules, which may also be adopted in other programmes across the institution.  He is keeping a record of facilitators and obstacles in this process.

Dr Lindsey Burns is a Lecturer in Psychology who provides key support to the research strands and to the VWMS and leads the Level 3 Psychology Related Work Experience module.

Dr Elaine Duncan is a Lecturer in Psychology and a Chartered Psychologist specialising in health and wellbeing. In her role as Careers Tutor for the BSc Psychology programme she acts as a first point of contact for students on matters of career choice, training and skills. She also runs a core introductory skills module at Level 1 which aims to raise students’ awareness of the importance of skill acquisition and personal development.

Mr David Carse is Democratic Services Manager of the Glasgow Caledonian Students’ Association. He acts in an advisory capacity and sits on the Psychology Management Committee. He helps to ensure that the project is meeting the needs of GCU students.

Ms Nuala Toman was a Research Fellow on the project until her employment as Academic Development Tutor within the School of Life Sciences. Nuala developed the initial research strand of the project with her colleagues in the employability team. Nuala was responsible for developing the research strategy and implementing Phase One and Two of the longitudinal study examining the university to work transitions of graduates from the partner institutions.
