The focus of the research undertaken by this group is on the design of the interaction with computing and information systems and is strongly applied in nature. This research draws on software development, mathematics and psychology disciplines and covers the process of designing for interaction and the interaction itself.
This group contains established researchers but has also been very successful in attracting those just starting their academic career. This is mainly supported by e-Motion lab and mobile and ubiquitous computing research group.
