Harassment Policies
Glasgow Caledonian University is working towards equal opportunities for all staff and students.
To this end, the University seeks to eliminate all forms of harassment thus creating a working and learning environment free from discrimination and intimidation.
The University seeks to encourage staff and students to come forward with the certainty that all concerns will be dealt with in complete confidentiality, anonymity and impartiality. It is appreciated that initially this will not be easy for those concerned, therefore support mechanisms have been put in place, which it is hoped will develop confidence and trust.
In the process, all legitimate allegations will be taken seriously, and could be subject to disciplinary action which may result in dismissal.
