Objectified is a feature-length documentary about our complex relationship with manufactured objects and, by extension, the people who design them. It’s a look at the creativity at work behind everything from toothbrushes to tech gadgets. It’s about the designers who re-examine, re-evaluate and re-invent our manufactured environment on a daily basis. It’s about personal expression, identity, consumerism, and sustainability

Caledonian Creates Exhibition 2008

Saltire Centre 17th - 22nd June

An exhibition of the work from our creative students in the fields of Graphic Design, Interior Design, Audio Technology, Fashion, Media & Journalism, Digital Media, Gaming, Marketing and Product Design.

It also featured a collection of research, community engagement and Knowledge Transfer Partnership Projects.

Impact 2008 Conference

17th June 10am - 5pm

Caledonian Creates inaugural conference, IMPACT, brought together an eclectic mix of the UK’s leading academic and industry experts to discuss the impact of, and their involvement in, the Creative Industries.

This conference encouraged discussion and contributed to the ongoing debate about the importance of the creative economy in the UK.

Caledonian Creates Exhibition 2006 Corporate Evening - 21.06.06

The spectacular setting of the Saltire Centre, the university's new learning centre at the heart of campus, was the location of our 2006 exhibition. View a gallery of images from the event or view a video.

Guests from the creative industries are invited to attend the Caledonian Creates Directory Launch and End of Year Exhibition. From 6-9pm in the North Hanover Building, City Campus. Refreshments in the spirit of Caledonian Creates will be served.
