Developed with GCU as a work-based qualification for SSE’s Customer Service, Energy Sales and Marketing staff, the Business and Customer Management programme aims to introduce greater understanding of customer and business thinking for a more robust approach to real business and customer practices, resulting in improved managerial performance, efficiency, operating approach, execution and overall professional standards.

SSE’s managers are enrolled on the Diploma in Business and Customer Management, and those with further potential have the option to pursue the Degree-level BA qualification.
