Gallacher Memorial Library (Glasgow Caledonian University)
The Gallacher Memorial Library was founded in December 1968 in Gallacher House, Glasgow, as a tribute to the life and work of William Gallacher, who had made such an outstanding contribution to the Communist Party and to the trade union and labour movement. The Library, based on Gallacher's own collection, grew rapidly as fellow comrades and friends donated books, pamphlets, papers, and photographs.
The Graham Stevenson website
This is Graham Stevenson's personal website, containing many historical resources on Communist, trade union and working class movements. There's biographies, a study of Derbyshire, the story of Spartacus, the Young Communist League in the past, pieces on the struggles of the 1930s, Marxist education materials, illustrations.
Labour History and Archive Study Centre
The Labour History Archive and Study Centre (LHASC) is the only specialist repository for the political wing of the Labour movement. It holds records for working class political organisations from the Chartists to New Labour. LHASC holds the archives of the Labour Party and the Communist Party of Great Britain.
Marx Memorial Library
This Library houses books, pamphlets and periodicals on all aspects of Marxism, the science of Socialism and history of working-class movements.
The Working Class Movement Library
The Working Class Movement Library is a collection of English language books, periodicals, pamphlets, archives and artefacts, concerned with the activities, expression and enquiries of the labour movement, its allies and its enemies, since the late eighteenth century.
